For many years, those of us who loved the texture and smart good looks of tortoise shell frames were forced to wear clunky, old-fashioned looking frames with gigantic eye sizes. Moreover, the patterns of the tortoise shell looked vague and too much like cheap plastic. Those days are finally over. We found exquisite Zyle resins in a distinguished golden harvest color that demonstrates a clear, interesting pattern, then we had these resins molded into a striking oval shape. The resulting frame is a new, modern eye size, which is indeed small, and quite flattering. Our Harvest Tortoise Shell Ovals are unusual because our designer created them by merging the circle shape to convey an air of intellectual authority, with the oval shape that gives the wearer the impression of having an aristocratic cheekbone structure. These are prepared in a stunning harvest-color Zyle that makes the classic tortoise shell pattern seem particularily vibrant. Our designer emphasized the flattering effect natural to the oval shape by extending the connector from the temple. The result is quite distinctive.

Oval frames emphasize the cheekbones, and make you look aristocratic. The frames we offer here are terrific for both men and women. The smaller size tells the world you truly have a handle on what is in style, while the tortoise finish says that you appreciate fine objects.
